The free version, in 3 steps

Get Claude Code and Git
growthOS was built for Claude Code, which runs in your terminal, and it's only distributed through GitHub. The writing team needs nothing else. Carousel PNGs and video need Node.js; the publisher needs Python.
Download and install
Open your terminal in the folder where you want it and run the commands below. Read install.sh first: it changes the ~/.claude folder on your computer.

Close and reopen Claude Code so it loads the team.
Set it up and ask
In Claude Code, run /grow setup and answer the questions about your brand (saved to brand-voice.yaml). Then ask with /grow and what you want, for example /grow write an Instagram carousel about .... Before your first post, search the agents folder for melgarafael and replace it with your handle.

The safe way to use it

Skip the publisher. It asks for your Instagram password and logs into your account through an automated browser. Post yourself, from the app or Meta Business Suite, which schedules for free.
Read install.sh before running it. An installer is code running on your computer.
Only install Node and Python if you need the extras. The writing team needs neither, and no API key.
Check before you post. Numbers, prices and claims are on you; in health and beauty, check your licensing board's rules.
